OUR WONDERFUL TRIP

hey we made it home safe and sound. we had a great time in Virginia. we got to visit with my best friend and her girls. we went to Virginia beach and had great time we walked along the beach and the girls rode rides. on Sunday we drove up to Washington dc what an amazing beautiful place to visit. we walked and walked. we were so tired.we are so glad to be home.

please continue to pray for brian as he prepares to start school. maybe sooner than expected but we are following God's plan.

i hate flying

okay we made it to Virginia and the plane ride was terrible.. our trip from okc to Houston was on a small airplane.. i did not want to get on it i tried to talk Brian out of going.. then we sit in Houston for an hour then off to Washington dc here we come.. we made it to dc the plane ride there was better. i took some Tylenol and phenergan thank god for that i went to sleep and slept the whole ride until we hit turbulence awake i was. thanks for all your love and prayers.. have a great day. i will post lots of pictures later.

WE HAVE APPLIED FOR AN ADOPTION GRANT

we have applied for an adoption grant we have just recently sent in our paperwork and then it will take between 90-120 days before we here something.. this would just give us more money to put towards the adoption cost if we went through another agency. we have been really praying on where God wants us to adopt from.

we have also been praying about starting a new sunday school class in our church for couples who do not have any children for what ever reason weither newly married or did not want children or could not have children. we are in need of a teacher for this class.

we are leaving on thursday may 22nd to fly to virginia to visit. we are planning to visit washington dc and virginia beach..

WE ARE TRAVELING TO VIRGINIA

we are traveling to Virginia in May to see my best friend Elisa and her girls. we are so excited that we can go and visit... there are a few things on our agenda while there... we are going to spend lots of precious moments with the girls they just have grown up so much since they moved a year ago.. Mackenzie will be in the 2ND grade next year Willa will be in kindergarten and Olivia will still be home driving Elisa crazy!!! saying i wanna go to Tricia house... ha ha i just had to add this.. Elisa's birthday is may 31 st and we have been best friends for 13 years now.. we have been through it all.we are going to hit the beach on Saturday!!!!!!!! yeah i must get to tanning now so i don't scare everyone away... well hey we have no new news on our precious gift of a baby.. these past few months have been very trying for us. we have just been wondering why? we understand that God has a plan for us we are trying to follow but we seem to be on a different road. i still remember 2 years ago like it was yesterday when we thought we would be adopting our little boy but God had other plans for baby ayden. i still pray for him and his precious life for protection and guidance. well that is all for now.. i am sorry i just had to let you all know what was on my mind at this moment.

everytime she is with me and has to leave or i go and visit and i leave she just cries for me and it breaks my heart to leave her.. she never just wants to go back to her mommy... some know the story about baby hailey...

okay we have not heard anything more on baby prospect. so we are taking it as this was not the baby for us.. that is okay.. we are just so blessed to have each other and our family. here is some updated information

my best friend is not moving home her and her husband are trying to work things out again.. my sister has filed for divorce and has split up her children which i might say is very hard on me because i was so used to seeing them daily and i only get to see them every now and then.i have lots of friends having babies!!!! yeah i can get my baby fix in while waiting!!!!

we have bought all new baby bedding furniture etc for when our precious baby comes to us...

Brian will be starting back to school soon and i will be the bread winner for a little while!!!!

i have lost a total of 37 lbs and holding steady since June07.
